Start anew or have SEO added?

I'm debating leaving SM for a less costly platform. $300/yr and 15% of sales is really irking me.

I've talked to a designer who will create a new site via Weebly, SEO it, mobile optimize and so on and redesign logo. For ordering, I will have to go 3rd party, either Shootproof or PixieSet.

My other option is stick with what I have and have it SEO optimized by a company that specializes in SM sites. They have done a comparison and basically come back and said that none of my competitors is using anything other than basic SEO. She is pretty sure she can have me front page within a month.

I've got some reservations for both. SM service lately has been a little lacking form what it was in the past. The costs are pretty high for what they provide. However, the site is laid out and functions well. A new site would be about the same price as the SM SEO optimization and the yearly fee, so no savings this year. Additionally, it would allow me to build it more focused on the clients I am gunning for and the services I am offering. A little hesitant on the 3rd party software, but reviews of both are extremely high. Yearly cost would be lower and no commission fees on sales.

Anybody want to throw out some thoughts on which you would choose and why?
