Lab prints still too dark

Digital Image Editing & Printing - www.amateurphotographer.co.uk
I send my images off to DSCL for printing.

I use a dual monitor setup. Both monitors are calibrated with a Spyder5Pro calibration tool. I view the monitors in low ambient light. The calibration gives a recommended monitor brightness of 90cd/m2 which is what I've set them to.

When editing an image I use Lightroom Soft Proof with the DSCL paper profile selected. When I'm satisfied with the image I export it as a jpeg file then send this off to DSCL for printing.

The images are still coming back from DSCL quite a bit darker than on the monitor.

Should I adjust the monitor brightness to a lower level?

or

Increase the brightness of the image before sending off to DSCL?

Thank you
