Fantastic portrait (and not only) lens, better than next Minolta, Olympus and Nikon of the same kind.Good focus dephth also at 1.2, great and particular separation, animated but not crazy (as Biotar or Trioplan, I like too....) bokeh, excellent vivid chromatic behaviour. ...
Just sharing some joy here, all done using the Legacy Minolta 58 1.4, shot some at 2.0 and minimum edit (except the cat colors).my blog on the Minolta 58mm 1.4 Rokkor -- hide signature --www.marcuslowphotos.com
Recently I bought a Minolta Auto Rokkor PF 58/1.4 in very good condition for about $25.00. I am curious about the arm that sticks out (see below). I know it has something to do with metering. But on which Minolta Camera? Internet searches have been fruitless. Thanks for any information.
