Converting a photograph from sRGB to Adobe RGBConverting a photograph from sRGB to Adobe RGB

Retouching Forum: Digital Photography Review - forums.dpreview.com
I normally work in sRGB these days, which I realise isn't the best option for 5d Mk II user, but as much of my workflow is designed for the web I decided to stick with it.I have a processed TIFF image in sRGB, but a client wants it in Adobe RGB.Is it literally a case of changing the monitor to Adobe RGB and using the 'convert to' tool in Photoshop?Or will quality be degraded?I'm trying to avoid re-processing the RAW file as it took me a while to get it spot on!CheersRob
