Canon lost my lens and is not responding - at all!
Am Canon CPS Gold (Europe).
Delivered my 70-200 f/2.8 L IS II for a service check up (not repair) three weeks ago.
Since then neither Canon's service provider nor Canon CPS has come back to my repeated requests for an update on where-is-my-lens-and-what-happended-to-your-2-day-turn-around-service-promise?
Service provider promised on phone to follow up - nothing has happened so far. Canon CPS is even worse. No replies/reactions at all.
So much for CPS "Gold".
End of frustrated rant.
