New photographer starting out

Beginner's Corner - www.amateurphotographer.co.uk
Hello you beautiful people!

So I'm taking my hobby to a professional level and I want to be a qualified photographer, I'm going to enrol at a local college for a night course in photography for beginners and also attend another college for the beginners adobe photoshop course.

I just want some advice on what camera to get and want parts I'll need as a beginner... ideally I don't want to spend more than £200... is this doable and do any of you have any ideas on what digital camera I should get?

Thank you
