Nikon, Sigma - Technical Factors that effect Bokeh on Sigma F1.4 vs Nikon 35mm F1.4Technical Factors that effect Bokeh on Sigma F1.4 vs Nikon 35mm F1.4

Nikon SLR Lens Talk Forum: Digital Photography Review - forums.dpreview.com
I recently purchased a Sigma 35mm F1.4 for my D800 .In many ways it is superior (resolution, less abberation etc) to the Nikon 35mm f1.4.Some complain about its "bad bokeh" which seems to me overstated. I realise that the factors such as the number of blades in the diaphram, use of aspherical lens and possibley a complex lens design can effecft Bokeh. My question is when comparing the Nikon 35mm F1.4 versus the Sigma F1.4 what is the reason that the Bokeh may not be as nice on the Sigma 35mm F1.4Bob.
